Find the 2nd circuit 2013 (April case - not the rehearing case in July)  in which program broadcasters sue  a DVR media company in which program broadcasters argue that retransmission of the broadcast programs violates copyright law 

Once you have found the case, answer the following questions

1. What is the complete case name and citation.

2. Who won the case, and why?

3. What  novel legal principles must be reviewed when the case goes to the Supreme Court
4. If you were a Supreme Court Justice hearing the case, how would your rule? In whose favor, and why.
