Find a recent case (unpublished Minnesota 2013 case) which discusses - "Can a state prosecute a person for assisting suicides where the person advises, encourages, or assists another in taking the other's own life. 

Once you find the case, answer the following questions:

1. What is the complete case name and citation?
2. Is it current law? Why or why not?

3. Did the court uphold the state statute? Why or why not? and on what constitutional grounds? I.E. Was the statute unconstitutional, and if so, which Amendment was violated and why?
